I was curious to discover whether some of my ideas for telling fictional stories with data visualisation could work on in adaptation - to take someone else's work and try and do ficitonal visualisations and, at the same tie, we were looking, at work for slightly more light-hearted projects to try out in social media, so I thought I'd give the Hobbit a go, as its short, well known and being adapted elsewhere, as you might have noticed.
